• Georgia Felon Search (GAFS) Access and Delivery. Georgia Felon Search Service shall be electronically delivered to the Georgia Felon Search Requester (the party using the application to conduct a search) as follows: Georgia Felon Search Requester will submit a query by entering certain demographic information and GTA will return an electronic response signifying whether the person described in the demographic information entered by the Georgia Felon Search Requester has a final felony conviction on file with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI), in which case the Georgia Felon Search Requester will receive a description of such conviction in the form on an online "Rap Sheet". In the event that the demographic information submitted by Georgia Felon Search Requestor matches in part the records of more than one person, then the Georgia Felon Search Requestor will receive a list of the partial matches from which they will make a selection. Access to the Georgia Felon Search Service requires minimum acceptable equipment and telecommunication capability. Georgia Felon Search Service provided by GTA does not include equipment, devices or connectivity between Georgia Felon Search Requester and GTA. At its own expense and independent of this Agreement, Georgia Felon Search Requester will procure and obtain such necessary equipment and supplemental services including, but not limited to, modems or other internet access devices and appropriate telecommunications services. Specifications for minimum acceptable equipment needed for access to the Georgia Felon Search Services can be obtained from GTA upon request.

Georgia Felon Search (GAFS) Requester will provide GTA with the necessary data in the proper format to enable GTA to properly furnish the Georgia Felon Search Service. In the event the data provided by the Georgia Felon Search Requester is not matched with the information contained in the GBI database, such mismatch shall result in a report of "No Record Found".

1. Information released to the Georgia Felon Search Requester under this Agreement shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including without limitation, O.C.G.A. � 35-3-34 et seq., the rules and regulations promulgated by the Georgia Crime Information Center, laws related to personal information security and notification, and the provisions set forth in this Agreement. Such limitations also shall include Georgia Felon Search Requester obtaining any written authorizations or consents required by the Georgia Crime Information Center or by law. GTA reserves the right to take all actions, including termination of the Georgia Felon Search Service pursuant to this Agreement, which it believes to be necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, rulings and GTA's specifications.
2. Except as otherwise set forth herein, Georgia Felon Search Requester may access and use the Georgia Felon Search Services at the specific location(s) and on a single server.
3. The cost of the Georgia Felon Search Service shall be as specified in the Frequently Asked Questions (link), which may be subject to change from time to time.
