Requirements for Vital Records Certificate

Birth Certificates are only issued to applicants having a direct and tangible interest to the registrant, i.e. immediate family members, and/or legal representatives of the family. O.C.G.A. 31-10-26 (2010)

Expedited Shipping Option

ROVER offers an expedited shipping option through FedEx. When you choose this option, your order will be shipped via FedEx instead of standard USPS mail and will include a tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Please note that expedited shipping applies only to shipping method and does not reduce the standard processing time, which is up to 10 weeks. Processing times may also be affected by weekends, holidays, or office closures.

The expedited shipping fee is $16 per order and is available for birth and death certificate requests only.
