IMPORTANT NOTICE DCSS will not withhold the second round of economic impact payments for past-due child support. However, the first round of economic impact payments made to eligible noncustodial parents who owe past-due child support will be withheld by the amount of past-due child support. These payments may be held until Mar. 31, pending any possible adjustments. |
The Division of Child Support Services is excited to be able to now offer our customers additional self service options. When you call 1-844-MYGADHS (1-844-694-2347) and select "For automated case information, press 1"
You can access information about
- payment history
- debit card balance
- arrears balance
- court information including date and time
- license suspensions
- your Individual Registration Number (IRN) for portal use
These new options are available at your convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year AND you can access this information without having to wait to speak to a Child Support agent. |
