| Se le olvidó su nύmero de I.D del usuario y/o su clave? No hay necesidad de esperar 2 dias o de llamar a la oficina local para que le cambien su clave. Usted puede facilmente cambiar su propia clave. |

| Instrucciones para Cambiar su Clave |
- Presione donde dice "Se le olvidó su nύmero de I.D del usuario o su clave" ó en la selección del menύ donde diga "Cambie su clave" localizado a su izquierda.
- Ponga su nombre completo, su nύmero de seguro social y su pregunta de seguridad y respuesta y submitalo. Usted recivirá confirmación de que su clave ha sido cambiada.
- Seleccione donde diga para abrir su caso y ponga toda la información requerida para cambiar su clave. Necesitará proveer su clave asignada anteriormente y crear una nueva clave.
- Seleccione donde diga "Siguiente" para obtener la información de su caso.
