The DART database serves as the initial point of entry for all INF and MNS related billing disputes for participating GETS agencies.
DART is also the official database of record for the Georgia Technology Authority in order to effectively track and manage
all billing disputes submitted to the respective service vendor. Once an agency billing dispute is entered into the DART system,
the dispute is routed to the appropriate service vendor for further research and resolution.
The system is updated on a regular basis in order to provide the current status of a dispute.
Upon completion of a billing dispute, all of the historical details for the dispute are archived in DART for future reference.
